欢迎使用 星宠日记(以下简称"我们"或"本应用")。我们高度重视您的隐私和个人信息保护。本隐私政策旨在说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的个人信息,以及您对个人信息的权利。

使用本应用前,请仔细阅读本隐私政策。使用本应用即表示您已理解并同意本政策的内容。

一、我们收集的信息

我们仅收集为您提供服务所必需的信息,包括:

  • 账户信息:注册时提供的用户名;如您在部分地区使用手机号码登录,还包括您的手机号码;以及通过「通过 Apple 登录」提供的账户标识。
  • 宠物资料:您创建的电子宠物信息,包括名称、品种、生日、性别、性格、绝育情况等。
  • 图片信息:您主动上传的头像图片,以及附加在健康记录中的照片。
  • 健康与活动数据:体重记录、用药与疫苗记录、提醒设置,以及运动的类型、时长、距离和卡路里。
  • 花费记录:您记录的宠物消费类别、项目名称与金额。
  • 使用数据:您与应用的互动记录,用于提供打卡、专注、入眠、积分等功能。

我们不会收集您的位置信息、通讯录或设备广告标识符(IDFA),本应用也未集成任何第三方广告、统计或行为追踪 SDK。您使用「通过 Apple 登录」时,Apple 可能会询问是否共享您的姓名与邮箱,我们不会读取或存储这两项信息。

二、信息的使用

我们收集的信息仅用于以下目的:

  • 提供和维护本应用的核心功能;
  • 为您创建和管理电子宠物;
  • 改善和优化用户体验;
  • 发送与服务相关的通知;
  • 保障账户和数据安全。

处理的法律依据:我们处理您个人信息的依据包括:

  • 履行合同所必需:为向您提供电子宠物、健康管理、会员订阅等您所请求的核心功能;
  • 您的同意:例如您主动上传图片、开启提醒通知。您可以随时联系我们撤回同意,撤回不影响撤回前已进行的处理的合法性;
  • 合法利益:为保障服务安全、防止欺诈与滥用所必需,且不凌驾于您的权利与自由之上。

三、信息的存储

您的个人信息和宠物数据存储在安全的服务器上。我们采取合理的技术和管理措施保护您的数据免遭未经授权的访问、使用、修改或泄露。

存储地点与跨境传输:我们的服务器位于中华人民共和国境内。如果您位于欧洲经济区、英国或瑞士,您的个人信息将被传输并存储至中国境内,即数据将离开您所在的国家或地区。该等传输依据「为履行与您之间的服务合同所必需」以及您的明确同意进行。您可以随时联系我们撤回同意,但撤回后我们将无法继续向您提供服务。

保留期限:我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保留您的个人信息。账户信息与宠物数据在您的账户存续期间保留;您删除账户后,我们会在数据库与媒体存储中一并清除您的账户信息、宠物数据、健康记录、上传的图片及相关文件。

四、信息的共享

我们不会向第三方出售、交易或转让您的个人信息。仅在以下情况下,我们才可能披露相关信息:

  • 获得您的明确授权;
  • 法律法规或监管机构要求;
  • 为保护我们的合法权益或用户安全所必需。

五、第三方服务

本应用可能接入以下第三方服务,其处理信息的方式受各自隐私政策约束:

  • Apple 登录:通过 Apple 登录时,由 Apple 负责身份验证。
  • 应用内购买:会员订阅等支付由 Apple 处理,我们不收集您的银行卡信息。

六、您的权利

您有权:

  • 访问、更正您的个人信息;
  • 删除您的账户及相关数据(可在应用内"我的"页面操作);
  • 获取您的宠物数据副本(请通过下文第九节的邮箱联系我们)。

如果您位于欧洲经济区、英国或瑞士,或美国加利福尼亚州,您还享有额外的法定权利,请分别参阅下文第十节与第十一节。

七、儿童隐私

本应用并非面向儿童设计,我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。具体而言:在美国,我们不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息;在欧洲经济区,我们的服务不面向 16 岁以下用户(各成员国法律另有规定的除外)。如果我们发现误收集了儿童的个人信息,将立即予以删除。如您认为我们可能持有儿童的个人信息,请通过下方方式联系我们。

八、政策更新

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在本页面公布,并注明更新日期。继续使用本应用即表示您同意更新后的政策。

您可以随时联系我们行使上述权利,我们不会因此向您收取费用,也不会降低您所获得的服务水平。如果您认为我们处理您个人信息的方式违反了适用法律,您有权向您惯常居所、工作地点或涉嫌违规行为发生地的监管机构提出投诉。

十一、美国加利福尼亚州居民的隐私权

根据《加州消费者隐私法》(CCPA)及其修正案(CPRA),加利福尼亚州居民享有以下权利:

  • 知情权:了解我们收集的个人信息类别、来源、用途以及共享对象;
  • 删除权:要求删除我们收集的您的个人信息;
  • 更正权:要求更正不准确的个人信息;
  • 不受歧视权:行使上述权利不会导致您受到差别对待或服务质量下降。

Welcome to Star Pet Diary ("we", "our" or "the App"). We take your privacy and the protection of your personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, and the rights you have over it.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to the terms described here.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to provide our services:

  • Account information: the username you provide at registration; your phone number if you use phone sign-in in certain regions; and the account identifier provided by Sign in with Apple.
  • Pet profile: your virtual pet's information, including name, breed, birthday, gender, personality and neutered status.
  • Images: avatars you upload, and photos you attach to health records.
  • Health and activity data: weight entries, medication and vaccination records, reminder settings, and the type, duration, distance and calories of activities you log.
  • Expense records: the category, item name and amount of pet expenses you log.
  • Usage data: your interactions with the App, used to provide check-in, focus, sleep and points features.

We do not collect your location, contacts or advertising identifier (IDFA), and the App contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. If Apple offers to share your name and email when you use Sign in with Apple, we do not read or store either.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information only to:

  • Provide and maintain the core features of the App;
  • Create and manage your virtual pets;
  • Improve and optimize the user experience;
  • Send service-related notifications;
  • Protect account and data security.

Legal bases for processing. We rely on:

  • Performance of a contract: processing necessary to provide the core features you request, such as virtual pets, health records and subscriptions;
  • Your consent: for example when you upload images or enable reminders. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
  • Legitimate interests: processing necessary to keep the service secure and to prevent fraud and abuse, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

3. Data Storage

Your personal information and pet data are stored on secure servers. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure.

Where we store data and international transfers. Our servers are located in the People's Republic of China. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your personal information will be transferred to and stored in China, meaning it leaves your jurisdiction. We carry out these transfers on the basis of necessity for the performance of our contract with you, together with your explicit consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, but we will then no longer be able to provide the App to you.

Retention. We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Account information and pet data are retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your account information, pet data, health records, uploaded images and the associated files from both our database and our media storage.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to third parties. We may only disclose it when:

  • You give explicit consent;
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities;
  • Necessary to protect our legitimate interests or user safety.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services, whose handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Sign in with Apple: authentication is handled by Apple.
  • In-App Purchase: subscriptions are processed by Apple; we do not collect your payment card details.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and correct your personal information;
  • Delete your account and related data (available in the "Profile" page in the App);
  • Obtain a copy of your pet data (please contact us using the email in section 9).

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or in California, you also have additional statutory rights. Please see section 10 and section 11 below.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Specifically: in the United States we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; in the European Economic Area our service is not offered to users under 16, unless the law of your member state provides for a lower age. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal information, we will delete it. If you believe we may hold a child's personal information, please contact us using the details below.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Additional Rights for the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the following additional rights:

  • Access: to confirm whether we process your personal information and to obtain a copy of it;
  • Rectification: to have inaccurate personal information corrected;
  • Erasure: to have your personal information deleted where we no longer need to keep it;
  • Restriction: to restrict our processing of your personal information in certain circumstances;
  • Portability: to receive the personal information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
  • Objection: to object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests;
  • Automated decisions: the App does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting us. We will not charge you for doing so and will not degrade the service you receive. If you believe our processing of your personal information infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

11. Privacy Rights for California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to:

  • Know: the categories of personal information we collect, its sources, the purposes of use, and the parties with whom we share it;
  • Delete: request deletion of the personal information we have collected about you;
  • Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Non-discrimination: exercising these rights will not result in discriminatory treatment or a lower quality of service.

In the past 12 months we have not sold and not shared (for cross-context behavioural advertising) any personal information. The categories of information we collect and how we use them are described in sections 1 and 2 of this policy.
